
A year has passed since we launched Enäks, and in just 12 months, we’ve accomplished some truly amazing things. It was a year of ups and downs, filled with challenges, but also a new chapter in our lives that pushed us to prove to ourselves that we can—and will—make it.
This journey started with my sister and partner, Dr. Rebeka Pop, and after a year, we’ve grown into a small but determined team that can walk the talk, no matter the obstacles. Here’s a look back at what one year of working together at Enäks has been like as we sum up our journey through 2024.
Months of preparation & testing, a unique pricing model that resulted to affordable market research
We spent several months planning, conducting market research, performing mystery shopping, and developing a pricing strategy that would make market research affordable for SMEs. This was a challenging task, as we analyzed numerous research and consultancy companies across Europe and North America, from big players to the smallest agencies. We compared their methodologies, tactics, and strategies used in market research until we figured out how to make our services accessible for smaller companies. Our aim was to provide them with top-notch market research for an affordable price, using the best methodologies and tactics, and selecting the best third-party vendors for our samples and panels. Enäks was officially launched in early January 2024, and since then, we have been open to business, providing businesses with a one-stop-shop for research and marketing expertise.

This year, we published three comprehensive industry reports. Our Tech Industry Outlook 2024 was featured by Google and became one of the most-read industry outlooks of the year. In addition to tech, we released the Beauty & Personal Care Market Outlook 2024, and in late Q4, we published The State of AI 2025, covering major trends and a market overview of generative AI.

Taking position and standing with EU Framers - United by one purpose

When the EU regulation struck the farmers across the EU, we took a firm stance without hesitation. We officially declared our support for farmers across the EU who were affected by the unfair EU regulations and promptly created a solidarity package for them. This campaign is still ongoing, and as we stated a few months ago, it will continue until the farmers' demands are met. I strongly believe that it is important to take a firm action and stand with our fellow farmers, as failure to do so will have direct or indirect consequences for all EU citizens.

It's not a coincidence that our approach incorporates this statement in what we do. That's why in Q2, we've launched our S2B (Science to Business) initiative with our CRO, Dr. Rebeka Pop.
We kicked off a new series: transforming our CRO's scientific research into business insights! Our goal: raise awareness about the existence and importance of science in business (yes, even in marketing!) and make it understandable and useful for everyone.

AI Experiments to serve people and business
We love AI, but more than that, we love blending AI with traditional methods to unlock new possibilities in everything we do at Enäks.
Marketing assistant by Enaks on ChatGPT marketplace
In Q1 2024, we launched a few custom GPTs, with one of the most widely used being Nova AI—our marketing assistant and competitor analysis tool. So far, our GPTs have been utilized by over 130 users.

SaaSy - Free B2B Audience Simulator by Enaks
However, we didn’t feel satisfied with limiting these AI experiments to just the marketplace. In Q2, we made a commitment to release one of our internal AI projects to the public for free. And we kept that promise. In Q3, we introduced SaaSy—the first publicly available B2B SaaS Audience Simulator.
We offer SaaSy as a free tool on our website, helping SaaS businesses extract insights from C-level managers with 96% precision—without the need to spend money or resources on user interviews.
Since its launch, our Audience Simulator has processed over 2,500 messages and +200 chats, delivering synthetic customer insights to users in 22 countries worldwide. The U.S., U.K., and Romania lead in usage.
